OpenWays sells digital products (AI toolkit packs) via Gumroad. By purchasing any product from OpenWays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete your purchase.
OpenWays products are digital downloads delivered via Gumroad. They are not software and not a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product. Our packs consist of PDF guides and video content designed to help small business owners implement AI in their operations.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials. You may use the prompts, workflows, and strategies contained in the packs in your own business. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the pack files themselves with any third party.
All products are delivered instantly as digital downloads via Gumroad after purchase. No physical goods are shipped. You will receive access to your files immediately upon completing payment.
All content included in OpenWays packs is the intellectual property of OpenWays and is protected by copyright. The prompts and workflows contained within the packs may be used freely in your own business operations. However, the pack files themselves — including PDFs, videos, and any other bundled materials — may not be redistributed, reproduced, or shared in any form.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of OpenWays products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
