Your questions, answered honestly

We've collected the questions we get asked most often and answered them as clearly as we can. If you don't find what you're looking for, just get in touch — we're happy to help.

Getting Started
Not at all. Our training is designed for people at all skill levels — including complete beginners who have never used a computer or smartphone before. We start from wherever you are and build from there, step by step. You will never feel rushed or embarrassed for asking basic questions.
The easiest way is to book a free 15-minute call. Tell us your situation — what you want to learn, what hasn't worked before, or what you're not sure about — and we'll give you an honest answer. We won't push you into anything that isn't right for you.
Simply fill in our contact form or book a free 15-minute call. We'll respond within one business day, have a brief chat about your needs, and then suggest the best program or session for you. There's no obligation, no deposit required at that stage.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, most of the people we work with describe themselves exactly that way. Our trainers are experienced in working with beginners and older adults, and we take the time to make sure you're comfortable before moving on. If you need help getting set up for an online session, we can guide you through that too.
Programs & Training
Our core training areas are: Business Operations (admin tools, scheduling, records), Digital & Technology Skills (smartphones, computers, online safety), Communication & Confidence (emails, customer service, presentations), and Custom Team Training (designed around your specific business needs). If you have something specific in mind that isn't listed, ask us — we can often accommodate it.
This depends on the program. Individual sessions typically run 60–90 minutes. Half-day workshops are around 3 hours. Full-day workshops are 6 hours with breaks. Multi-session programs are spread over several weeks with sessions scheduled to suit you. We always build in rest time — long sessions without breaks don't serve anyone.
Yes. Our Custom Team Training program does exactly this. We start with a consultation to understand your business, your team's current skills, and your goals. Then we design and deliver a program built around your specific situation. This works well for teams of 2 to 15 people.
Yes. After each session, we provide summary notes, reference guides, and step-by-step checklists where relevant — so you have something to refer back to. We also offer follow-up support if you get stuck implementing what you've learned.
Yes. One-on-one coaching sessions are available for individuals who prefer personal attention and a fully tailored pace. This is especially popular with adult learners and older adults who want to build confidence without the pressure of a group setting.
Pricing & Booking
Pricing varies depending on the program, format, and group size. We prefer to give you an accurate quote after a brief conversation rather than publishing fixed prices that may not reflect your actual situation. Book a free call and we'll give you a clear, no-obligation quote.
Yes, completely free. The 15-minute discovery call is just a conversation to understand your needs and see if we're a good fit. There's no charge and no obligation to book anything afterward.
We accept bank transfer (EFT), credit/debit card, and PayPal. For multi-session programs, we can arrange instalment payment options. Invoices are provided for all bookings — useful if you're claiming as a business expense.
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice receive a full refund or credit. We handle last-minute situations on a case-by-case basis and try to be as flexible as possible.
Format & Access
Both. We offer online sessions via video call (Zoom or Microsoft Teams), and in-person training at selected locations in NSW, Australia. If you're not sure which works best for you, just ask — we're happy to help you figure out what's most comfortable.
You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working internet connection. We use Zoom or Microsoft Teams — both are free to use. If you haven't used these before, don't worry: we can walk you through how to get set up before your first session. You don't need to install anything complicated.
We offer sessions on weekdays and some weekend slots depending on availability. Morning, afternoon, and some evening times are available. We'll work with you to find a time that suits your schedule.
Yes! Training with someone else can be a great way to learn, especially for older adults who want support from a family member. We can accommodate pairs at a slight discount compared to two individual sessions. Just mention this when you enquire.
Bilingual Support
Yes. We offer training sessions in Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as English. You can also request a bilingual session that switches between English and Chinese as needed. Just let us know your preference when you enquire and we'll match you with the right trainer.
We are currently developing bilingual materials. For now, we can provide verbal explanations in Chinese during sessions, and some written guides are available in simplified Chinese. Ask us what's available for your specific program.
Absolutely. Language should never be a barrier to learning. We are proud to serve both English-speaking and Chinese-speaking communities in NSW and beyond. Just let us know your preferred language and we'll arrange everything accordingly.
